It is a very welcoming place in the transport hub, with all facilities close at hand and when our niece turned up from Milan to visit us unexpectedly they assisted by booking her in at a very reasonable rate at short notice. Really valued the fact our room backed on to a court yard and not a busy road, it meant we could sleep peacefully after a busy day looking at Rome's beautiful sites. It was very easy to get around the city from this location, the buses that stop opposite the entranc - This B&B is charming and the staff are great , they really are kind and helpful. But with a bus it's some good 15min away from the center area and it stops in front of the hotel.   The staff was very friendly and helpful. They knew a couple of different languages enough to be kind and helpful. The street was quiet and even though I had read that you could hear others in the next room, guess we were tired enough from our sightseeing, we didn't hear anything. I wasn't so sure about the twin cots but I slept on one and no problem with my bad back. It is just a 5 mi - Very friendly staff, clean bedroom and bath, AC and shower works well. I thought the room is pretty sound proof, as we did not hear any noise during our 3 nights. Bed is firm but we liked it. The hotel is on a quite street and feels safe. It's actually next to an adult cinema but very quite and did not bother us. Walking distance to Termini station, there is also a bus station(#90) near by, we used it from train station but we did not find out how to ride it the other way around. Overall, a goo
