The owners went overboard to make you feel at home and answered our many questions with knowledge and added their own little bits to make it a great experience. as for the location it was great within walking distance of the central bus/train station. Its location is in a very safe and convineint quarter - 10 min. on foot to Termini and to the city centre. There are bus stops nearby to the main Rome attractions, eventhough you can reach them on foot. The owner is very polite and helpful. You can rely on him for every question you have.He gives you a map and routes on it, even without asking for this. The rooms were not big, but very comfortable. Break

The room is really small (we had standard double) so it suits for those who are looking for a good bed in the end of a long day spent in beautiful Rome. Note, that hotel is located on the 3rd floor (!) of an old building, where elevator aged of 100 years too. First of all, elevator is quite tiny. She was so friendly and helpful to explain everything about the facilities and different places to visit. Also she informed ask about bus services and times.   I liked the fact that the staff was quite proficient in the English Language. There were no communication barriers whatsoever. The location is conveniently located near the Termini Station, which makes for easy access to all the important sites inside the city, no matter if you chose to walk or to take a bus.   Excellent and simple bed, chair, and armoire. I was in P1 so I had 2 skylights. Very friendly staff, even though I couldn't speak (virtually any) Italian. Very useful breakfast which I had several days. - Room was very clean and adequate standard for the price. Location is close to the subway, two stops from Termini Railway Station.

Nice staff and very helpful, 24 hour reception (guarding the hotel), the room was clean, with small refrigerator and a safe with PIN to save your staffs. the toilet was ok with shower gel and clean towels.   The staff is nice and will make you feel welcome. The rooms are OK. It's a 5 minute walk from Termini train station and city centre is not far away. Breakfast is decent. I would say it's expensive for what you get, but in fact it's very good value for money for a place like Rome. I was glad I stayed there. - The place was clean, well located.
