  The staff is realy friendly. The location is good, quiet but walking distance from main touristic points. The parking is comfortable. The rooms were not luxurious, but well mantained, big and clean. For me, it was way much better than othe 3* hotels in Italy. - Very helpful guy in reception.Speak english.   interior decoration, friendliness of staff - Fantastic hotel on the main road from the train station to the centre of the old part of town. Renaissance furniture everywhere and a huge bed in the room. Was very quiet, but we went off season so it could be louder in the summer.

  This was the best hotel we've stayed in Italy! We've been to Roma, Firenze, Venezia on similar (cheap) hotels and this was by far the best. The outside look isn't great and can be a shock upon arrival, but most of the buildings in Palermo are like that, so don't be put off by your first impression. Once you enter the hotel you will find a very cle... o que as pessoas dizem » an and spacious building. The staff was also the nicest we've met in all our travels. We stayed in a spacious room with TV, a mini-fridge, air-conditi - Recently refurbished with modern open public areas on ground floor with small bar area. Very comfortable reasonably sized room in which everything worked very well - efficient AC and excellent hot water pressure although the shower cubicle is one of those very compact jobs. The reception staff are very friendly, extremely helpful and informative and speak good English. The hotel is very centrally located and for the price it would be difficult to find a better hotel in Palermo.
