Everything was perfect for us. Before our arrival we had some problems
with our airline and had to arrive in advanced; we contacted the staff
who solved the problem. When we arrived, everyone was extremely nice and
helpful, and unlike in other hotels, we were offered coffee and
something to eat and drink before entering our room; they always treated
us like family. The room was just as expected: new, clean and
confortable. We had the smallest room and was perfect for us (a young

station was around the corner and for 1.50 euros takes you to the
Vatican in 10mins. If you have never been to Rome there isnt really a

Elia was there to give us a warm welcome and i was surprised when she insisted on carrying our (full sized) luggage up the stairs--we didn't expect her to help with the luggage at all; just goes to show how gracious these folks are. We stayed at another hotel the following week which was more expensive but the service was nowhere as great as Tre Moschetierri! Breakfast was ok (great coffee).
