  The location is fairly close (15-minutes walk) to the Metro station, and there's a supermarket on the way, but it's nowhere central. Takes in total about 40 minutes to drive to the main tourist areas. The kitchen is decently equipped with all the basic things, everything is rugged and used, but functional and decently clean. The apartment is in the basement of an apartment building but since we were only there really to sleep and eat a few meals that was ok.   Customer service from start to finish was excellent, great help from staff. Maids kept on top of the rooms, which were very large and had every ammenity, including tea/coffee etc.Very friendly atmosphere, we were even brought flowers and given chocolates every evening.   Café da manhã muito bom, quarto confortavel. - the hotel has a nice athmosphere we stayd at the bottom floor near the lobby so there were some noises in the morning but nothing serious-it was very nice that there was a wi-fi in the lobby but i could also reach it in my room since it was next to the lobby - Giovana, the receptionist, was very ok.

  I've stayed at this hotel for three nights and I would like to point out the good things: - The staff is very friendly. I would like to thank them all - The room is very clean and comfortable - Nice atmosphere in the hotel - Quiet area - The hotel is placed near the metro station (about 350 m) so it is easy to get anywhere in Rome very quickly - G... o que as pessoas dizem » ood Wi-Fi connection - The breakfast is American Breakfast Juice, Cereals, Eggs, Jam, Butter, Honey, Fresh Fruits, Bread, Beverages and very good past - Irene and all of the staff were amazingly kind, helpful and funny! This was the best part of our Rome visit as far as comfort and friendliness are concerned. Over and over, they gave directions, helped with an awful incident, made our stay a delight. The breakfast was out of this world with fresh baked goods and home made yogurt and fine cappuccino. Would stay again...4.8 Euros to get to our cruise ship (1 1/2 hours ride)---- Tuscolana is right on the train line. Quiet neighbourhood.

  The staff is very nice; the room bright, clean, comfortable and modern. There is a big balcony and a big tv in the common room. Breakfast was good with fresh croissants every morning, yogurth, coffee and juice. The area around is full of shops and a supermarket (CONAD) is very close if you need some drinks or fruits or sandwiches to carry around the - I definitely adored staying here!
