  Unfortunately we had problems with other booking so we did reservation in Residence the same evening we arrived. The reception has been already closed but manager came from home to organize check in.   We loved absolutely everything about this place. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They even offered us to check in the early morning of the day of booking without extra charge -- this was really nice after a night trip by train, since we got a chance to take a shower, take a short nap, leave our bags there and set on a sightseeing trip... o que as pessoas dizem » around Rome. It was quiet, within walking distance to all major sites and all staff was great but you would be hard pressed to find anyone more helpful than Rosanna. My wife was very happy with the ear rings. Thanks! Though no tea/coffee making in room, just had to ask and espresso was delivered, gratis. A nice touch.

  The reason I chose this hotel was the fabulous location - when in Rome,I spend most of my time at the ancient monuments, and this place is right at the bottom of the via Cavour, literally a minute or two from the Roman and Imperial Fora. I had a deluxe room and it was lovely - faciltities were good, nice shower, tv, safe, fridge - all you would ne... o que as pessoas dizem » ed. Everything was clean and though the style of decor would, for some, probably be a little out of date, I thought it was quite charming. Note though - Once we arrived the staff was prompt and happy to greet us. Though we didn't speak Italian they spoke enough English to communicate perfectly. The stay was great, we decided we needed to stay a second night without booking it and they ensured me it wasn't a problem offering me the same rate. Ana Paola and Luigi were extremely polite and helpful. The location is right dead in the heart of Ancient Rome, absolutely amazing for the price. Tons of restaurants and bars close as well.

  Antonio was very helpful and welcoming. Easy to get in touch with to organize our venue to Roma. Room was recently furnished and very clean with a tiny bacony where you can see a bit of the Coliseum. Thanks - Fantastic accomodating staff who allowed us to store our bags in a spare room after checkout. They also helped us print out boarding passes, order airport taxi etc. Great location, a lovely breakfast was served by a very sweet lady which we were able to enjoy on our little balcony with a view of the rooftops and colloseum!
