The reception has been already closed but manager came from home to organize check in.   It was a good location but difficult to find. We needed better directions since no one we asked and our gps were not helpful in finding the street address. The location was in a quiet and beautiful part of town just a 15 minute walk from the city centre.

  We loved absolutely everything about this place. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They even offered us to check in the early morning of the day of booking without extra charge -- this was really nice after a night trip by train, since we got a chance to take a shower, take a short nap, leave our bags there and set on a sightseeing trip... o que as pessoas dizem » around Rome.   Loved having breakfast delivered to our room at a time that we specified. It was quiet, within walking distance to all major sites and all staff was great but you would be hard pressed to find anyone more helpful than Rosanna. We would definitely stay there again without even looking elsewhere. - This is somewhat a boutique hotel, and not for the budget traveller, but ... what a fantastic location. And the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful with suggestions of what to do and where to go. Giulia (the owner) did a soft sell on me for her custom-made jewelry, and won me over. My wife was very happy with the ear rings. Thanks! Though no tea/coffee making in room, just had to ask and espresso was delivered, gratis. A nice touch.

Beautiful place, spacious room, very high ceilings, we could see few historical buildings right from the window. Room was warm with a big bed. Location is absolutely amazing. Colosseo around the corner, we literally walked everywhere (even returned from Vatican by foot ). Breakfast was brought into the room on your selected time. We really enjoyed to stay there. If I go to Rome again I'll stay there again.
