  Our stay at the Lunetta Hotel was excellent. The hotel was lovely and spotless. Our accommodations were spacious and very comfortable. The staff was extremely pleasant and very accommodating. We needed a taxi to the airport and it was efficiently arranged for us. The location is ideal for walking to many of Rome's highlights. Since our flight home was very early and we were leaving prior to breakfast being served, they - The second we got there we received assistance with everything we needed including restaurant recommendations and help getting train reservations for the rest of our trip.   This hotel is in a prime location, we are two couples in our late 40s and walked everywhere. The pantheon and piazza Navone were an easy 10 minute walk, Vatican 25 minutes, colliseum 15 minutes, LOCATION, LOCATION really important for Rome. But what made this hotel so delightful was its location. The neighbourhood is vibrant and exciting, with restaurants, shops and people going about their business everywhere. Usually when I travel with groups or solo, the hotels are 4 stars but when I have chosen this hotel I was totally right that the hotel is clean and the breakfast buffet as 2 * hotel is worth €10 as in 4 * hotel. The hotel staff was really friendly, I even got a little piece of chocolate on my pillow :) the breakfast was really simple but great, not overdone but just some cereals, breadrolls, cornettos, and various kinds of spreads.

The best A/C I experienced in - I had all sorts of problems that stressed me out the day I checked in. The cab driver couldn't find the hotel and dumped me out blocks away with heavy luggage because he could not find the street and When i finally arrived I realized I had managed to lose the key to my suitcase! Also the light was out in part of my room.the young staff kindly helped me to sort out all of this. Also The breakfast arrived bang on the time I asked for it. My feedback is all about the service. The hotel offered an excellent breakfast with a good choice of food, including cooked, cold meats, fruit, cereals, breads.
