  All the three receptionists were extremely helpful. The rooms were clean and look like they were renovated recently, which is a plus, obviously. The beds are slightly short, as a reviewer on here had mentioned, but this shouldn't be a problem unless you're over 6' or so. Breakfast is good and sufficient.   We stayed there for 2 weeks in the middle of june 2013. Excellent location. The beach is just a few steps from the hotel entrance. The beach is very clean, Angelo and his men are there all day,making sure everything is OK. The restaurant is right on the beach. The sea is very clear, great for snorkeling. Most of people - Superb! Splendid! Marvelous! Wonderful! Best-value-for-money hotel I have stayed at in a long-long time. The staff was fantastic: no matter what requests, desires, wishes we had they did everything to help us and were very-very kind. The hotel is in a very good shape, everything is fresh and new, including the furniture. Breakfast was delicious, especially the coffee: never have I had such a good hotel-breakfast-coffee as here.   It was within easy reach of taormina, mount etna and all the other places we wanted to visit..The hotel room overlooked Mount Etna which when dark we could see the volcano spitting lava from the side. Very exciting - Large and clean rooms, consistent breakfast, lots of trees around thehotel
