Landed in Florence on a very wet morning and staff were very friendly and Most helpful. An upgrade to Apartment was very welcome and it was spacious and clean.fantastic being right in middle of Florence and close to station, with easy access to restaurants, shopping and all the sites. Great breakfast. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. -

Not to mention the location was absolutely central. Would definitely recommend this residence to anyone who wants to stay in the heart of Florence. I really enjoyed my stay.

The owners are very nice and helpful as we had a little problem with late check-in. Room is very modern and clean. Location is good. It's near to train station. There is no breakfast in hotel but they gave us a coupon to have breakfast in cafe. It's such a good idea as we experienced Italy breakfast style. Lastly, we love the honest mini bar that

The friendliness and the fact that Massimiliano (manager) was so helpful and understanding (grazie!). Absolutely clean, good sized rooms and fantastically close to the historic center of Florence. All the hotels in Italy are a bit off with their prices. So really you are looking at something cosy, clean, quiet and friendly. And this is surely the place you are looking for. It is like having your own appartment in Florence!!!!

This is an excellent accommodation on offer, particularly considering the moderate price. I must say that we liked everything in the hotel/hostel, the friendly staff, the clean and excellent facilities, and the convenient location. We enjoyed every minute stay there. I would also mention that when my wife and I just arrived, Ervis, a staff member gave us a thorough introduction about Florence, which was really help. I won't hesitate to recommend the hotel to any travelers who happen to trave

The self-catering apartment is very nice and comfortable, tastefully decorated and very well equipped (little kitchen, dvd player etc.). It's situated in a little courtyard, therefore quiet and away from the road. Especially for a stay of several days it's very recommendable. -

Helpfull and very polite staff, nice and well equipped renovated appartament with provided daily cleaning, small shared kitchen with non-stop coffe availability (without any charges), terrace for smokers ... good location within walk distance to the city centre (10-15 mins.), possibility to park the car in the nearby garage for reasonable fee (20,- EUR/day)
