Right when you entered from the main door, you feel an environment of
luxury. The lobby is very chic and modern. They greeted us with juice or
water. They had some small snacks by the lobby during the afternoon and
late evening! You hardly ever see this at other hotels! Our room was
large! High ceilings! Awesome bed size and great mattress. The bathroom

The decor - the "watch" theme of the hotel was very well executed and permeated all aspects of design, even down to the taps and mirrors.
The location is ideal - a few minutes walk down the interesting streets and alley of central Florence.
The room was cosy, the bed & linen first class.

Everything about this place was wonderful. - Everything. The room was huge for the price, and in a perfect, central location. Giovanna might be the nicest person I have ever met in my life. Very accommodating staff, made us feel right at home. They really went above and beyond what was expected. I will absolutely recommend this place to everyone I know who is planning a trip to Florence.
