The rooms are large, clean, are in buildings that are hundreds of years old and have great character! Air conditioning works! We walked to most of the major landmarks like. Il Duomo, Ponte Vecchio and the Pantheon. The desk staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave us an extra room when they had a vacancy next to ours for no extra charge. They provided the BEST breakfast buffet!

In all the hotels we stayed this month, I have to say this is the most comfortable one and the staff is really nice and kind.   We stayed at the hotel for 6 nights. We got the room with a backyard view which was relatively quiet. I can imagine the street view rooms can be quite noisy. We were two but the room was for three so it was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was ok with hot water available at all times. The room was cleaned daily. The nice man went out and moved his car so we could take his park space.
