On our last day he even drove us to the airport. He is really trying his best to accommodate you (E.G. printing us vouchers for car rental, recommending restaurants and trips, etc.). Rooms are really nice, comfortable and clean. Extremely friendly and helpful host, Fransceco, who provided us with absolutely all the introductionary and in-depth facts about the city and surrounding region.   The owners emailes me 1 week before my stay, giving me information about how to get there, asking what type of bed I want, etc. They even offered to come and pick me up by car from the port area. When I got there, they gave me a lot of flyers, maps, a list of places to eat and to go out. Of course, the most beautiful beaches are a bit further away. But close to the hotel is - We stayed for only 2 nights but I would choose this place again. In spite of proximity to the beach and old city center you dont feel like living on Khao San. You are staying in Italy among Italians but still close to POI. Room is quite big, clean and street not noisy. Even though they don't have 24 hour service no problem with late and delayed arrival like ours at 2 am. WiFi working well.

  Our room was spotless & cleaned daily. The room is a good sized double for the price, perfectly located for beach days & Tony was extremely helpful and hospitable to us! We would stay again. - Friendly staff. Amazing location close to the beach. Excellent price. 30min walk to the city center.
