  Beautiful, ELEGANT, boutique, LUXURY HOTEL WITH A VERY ATTENTIVE, CARING, HELPFUL STAFF. Everything about this hotel screams refined taste. Thought they have just recently opened, and they are still ironing out some electronic quirks, they are right on top of every detail. They served a lovely breakfast in a beautiful dining room in the morni... o que as pessoas dizem » ng to add to it all. We truly loved this hotel in wonderful Verona! - The room was lovely and the staff were friendly and very helpful. And though the hotel is just around the corner from Piazza Bra, it was very peaceful I went there to celebrate a big birthday and staff helped with choosing a fabulous place to eat and also gave us good advice for our visit to Lake Garda. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

  The girls and I loved the apartment we stayed in at the residence two. It was very convenient to have in room breakfast as we were affected by jet lag. The staff was always friendly and helpful in any interaction we had (reception, room service, spa, snack bar, restaurant...). The grounds of the hotels are amazing, we truly enjoyed the secluded ... o que as pessoas dizem » atmosphere of the park, the natural lakes with mineral water. Our skin was wonderful after the stay. I also had a facial at the SPA end enjoyed the ex - We liked the long walks in the beautiful botanical garden with the Thermal Lake and Spa. Everybody has been very friendly and helpful. We liked our personal Training with Andrea Brunelli for fitness.
