Very nice and helpful staff, free parking on the street in front of the hotel (in Florence parking is a nightmare, and for free it's hard to find parking at all). Fomos recebidos pela simpática dona do hotel, que nos mostrou o hotel e o quarto. Ela nos deu um mapa da cidade, e passou cerca de 10 minutos mostrando as coisas boas de vez e fazer, como chegar até elas, onde comer e não comer. Foi ótimo. O quarto era bem limpo, cama confortavel. -

The room was spacious, well designed and clean. The air-conditioning worked well and the wifi was fast.
There was a communal kitchen with a fridge, stove, microwave, and sink. Coffee and tea were free.
The owner was very nice and friendly. We could leave our luggage at the hotel after checking out.
The location was good as it's very close to the Florence SM train station. Even though the rooms are on the 1st floor, the owner helped us with the luggage so that's not a problem.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. We loved that it was close to the train station without being near all of the noise and also to most of the major sites. The room we were in had an amazing view of the Dome and bell tower. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

The man who works here was incredibly helpful. We were running late on a train about to miss the check in window, and he waited an hour pass the set check in window for us. Hotel Aline is a great for anyone on a budget. In our triple room we had a sink and shower, so sharing a bathroom down the hall (only a few doors down) didn't bother us at all.

To be honest, way worth it's money. Location was perfect, staff friendly, everything clean. I was surprised it was only rated as a 1-star hotel. I have been in other places that supposed to be rated higher but cannot be compared to this hotel.
