People responsible for the B&B are very friendly.
Excellent location (walking distance to airport, roughly 1 km).
30 minutes from Piazzale Roma (Venice) by bus 5.
Nice also to be able to have pic nic in the garden (chairs, tables and umbrellas for the sun are provided) -

and to airport stops nearby. I booked it from the internet on a leap of faith because I was stranded due to Italian strike. Felt I lucked out.

We loved everything about Ca' Gottardi. The staff was so friendly
and helpful. Fabio was a delight, and Luke must be the most friendly and
positive Italian guy we have met on our trip :) The room we had was one
with a view (ask for second building) and required walking up some

Very nice accommodations: understated classy decor, very clean, very large bathroom, very secure & safe, wonderful selection for a lovely European breakfast, every staff member friendly and helpful, great location (away from the touristy centers but only 10-15 minutes to all of Venice by foot). Heat wave came and the AC went out but in 24 hours they had a great portable one that worked great. A little more costly than we had planned to spend but felt it was worth it in the end. Would defin

Location was about 10 mins walk from St. Marks Square. Close yet far enough away from crowds. Rooms were lovely.Ours was small but had view of canal while our friends had a huge room to make up for lack of view, I reckon! Personally, I loved room with a view. Staff very helpful and breakfast very tasty. All in all, great value.

-True Venice experience! The hotel is located on one of the small canals, so finding the hotel was an adventour in itself. Its entrance is located on a small side street and you walk through the ground floor of the building (past the canal boat entrance) to get to the rooms. It felt like we were staying in a Venice residence instead of a hotel.

Locanda Ca Del Console is in a very good location between the Rialto Bridge and St. Mark's Square. It isn't easy to find, but use the directions on the website along with a map and you'll figure it out eventually. The staff is very friendly, which is a big plus. We made the reservation at the last minute so we didn't have many choices. The room was big. The decor was a little strange. The breakfast was fine. Did I mention the staff is very friendly? That was the biggest plus.

Maria Elisabetta and Rodolfo are a wonderful young couple who take great care of their guests. Location - perfect (near San Marco square, but on the small quiet street).
Room - clean and cozy.
Bathroom - big, light and clean, clean and clean (hairdryer, toiletries, towels are included).
Breakfast - very good (choice of yoghurts, meat, cheese, bread, jam, juice, coffee, tea, etc.)
Owner - intelligent, polite and friendly person with great sense of humor.
All together this will make your stay in this hotel perfect.

Great location, very easy to find, just few meters away from Grand
Canal, and very close to San Marco (5min). Beautiful roof terrace. Very
clean hostel. Big space where you can hang out. I came during off
season,to visit Venice biennial, for one night I payed just 20 eur.
Stayed in 3 bed room,and for both nights I was staying only with one
very quiet Japanese girl. Breakfast is simple, but for me was just
perfect, coffee, croissant, bread, jam. Definitely coming back again!

Moreno greeted us warmly and showed us our very comfortable and spacious

Elena was a wonderful hostess. She welcomed you with open arms and couldn't do enough for you. The accomodations were grear, the bed very comfortable and a well appoined roomy ensuite bathroom. Breakfast was fantastic, with wonderful coffees and juices, fresh rolls, breads and cakes. you can tell that Elena and Moreno love what they are doing, and if we get the opportunity we will definitely book with them again. Multi, multi bene.

After flying into Marco Polo airport and getting our luggage onto the Alilaguna ferry, we really appreciated knowing that we would be met at the Lido ferry terminal. Our host gave excellent directions for how to get about by bus for the rest of our stay.
The room was perfect, very clean and spacious, and the shower very hot - great after a long day sightseeing in Venice. Internet access was easy in our room too.
