Some of the staff was extremely helpful if not able to communicate well. The breakfast was appealing the breakfast room was cheerful and well attended the room was clean and efficient if not luxury. The hotel was very close to the main sights of Pisa (Leaning Tower was a 10 minute walk away). We also walked from the hotel to Pisa Central station - the whole of Pisa is in walking distance.
The room was big and airy. Bed was comfortable, and bathroom was clean.

Hotel Pisa Tower has only been open for a few months, but I can not recommend it enough. I believe there are only a dozen rooms so you get great service from the staff. Fabio (owner) was on-site the entire time we were there and he was wonderful. The rooms are well decorated, spacious, with comfortable beds. Simply an unbeatable location- our room had a balcony and an amazing view of the famed leaning tower which is truly breathtaking. The hotel staff were helpful and answered all our questions, not forthcoming with information- but very polite! Room was basic but clean- good value for money no complaints at all! - say you want a smoking room if you want a balcony! Overall we were very happy so big thank you!
