We had chosen the Seccy Hotel for our last night in Italy, mainly due to close distance to International Airport. The hotel is a well-cared old building which has a lot of facilities for disabled people. The breakfast is really great with a lot of choices (the coffee machine was my favorite!!!).
The room is nice, but I didn't feel myself that comfortable there. Probably, because of absence of any carpets or covers on the floor (although it's just a personal remark). In spite of close distance

most comfortable quadruple room for two couples. The female daytime
staff person was so helpful with everything (cabs, transport,

The overall cleanliness, service, ambience etc. We did not use the kitchen or breakfast provided however it was there if we wanted to make use of it. The tea in the afternoon was a nice touch and the availability of the shuttle service was great. We took a cab to the hotel from the airport 30Euros..as compared to the 15 charged by the hotel. This was a great place to stay for our visit to Rome --just a short train ride away.
The B&B is next to an amazing pizza place owned by the same family. Meals here were top notch. Our room was very clean with a large, comfortable bed with clean crisp sheets. The spotless ensuite bathroom had a nice shower with heated towel rack. A/C worked well as did the wifi and our unit was extremely quiet.
