  Hotel resides in a flat of an apartment which is very close to Manzoni metro station, about 1 minute walk away. You can also walk to Colosseum within 10 minutes. There is also a tram line in front of the hotel but we didn’t use it as metro line was enough. It’s a fairly new hotel, furniture and other equipment are well designed and clean. Internet was fast and can be used in room. - It is a great family-run guesthouse in the heart of Rome. It had just opened so everything was clean and modern. With the tram and metro located right in front of the hotel, it had direct links to termini, collosseum and Vatican City. The owner and her daughter were really nice, and spoke English.

  This apartment was fantastic. Great location 1block from Metro station between termini and colosseum, great area with lots of restaurants etc, always happining. Great for day or evening stroll to colosseum and forum sites. The apartment was very comfortable and 'as advertised'. Has ac, cable tv, working wifi(!), full kitchen with dishwasher, fridg... o que as pessoas dizem » e, stove, oven, laundry machine (yes!). Absolutely perfect for a family of 4 (master king bed, separate room with 2xtwin). Would also work well for tw - Tip Top Location. 10mins from the rail terminus dragging our cases. Wonderful shop nr the metro station 3mins walk. A nice eatery 56 steps away. The best ice cream in Rome a few footsteps further. 100 meters further you see the colosseum. The only time we used the metro was for the Vatican 1.5 euros away, one change, 20mins. VERY quiet apartment. Handy enough to nip back to for a siesta when we started melting. And upload your facebook pics via free wifi. Just what you need for a city break.
