Very helful staff and brilliant view. Handy to restaurants, easy to get ferries. Just loved our stay, one of the best hotels we have stayed in because of the ambionce and grandness of the furnishings especially the size of the rooms which were double the size of a normal hotel room.   The hotel might be slightly faded, but it's very tidy and location- wise you can't beat it. The staff were lovely and gave me an early check-in and free upgrade to a bigger room. Breakfast good. Would recommend all travelers to do the self-guided walking tour with excellent free map. Excellent location - we were able to travel by bus from the airport, and it is a pleasant walk to the historic centre and waterside. Comfortable room and lovely shower room. Terrace, entrance foyer, and breakfast room are very nicely presented. - Friendly staff at reception, modern & clean rooms, rich breakfast, availability of parking space for the car free of charge. Location is good (at beginning of the main shopping street) although it is a bit of a walk to the old city center and port area.
