  Staff friendliness, excellent customer service, fantastic hotel, fantastic food. Really made our stay as nice and relaxing as possible and will be back for another stay soon. ps.   The Lodges were excellent, very well kitted to a high spec. Loved the touch of the fire log left for guests plus the tea/coffee/milk - very welcoming. - New and excellent place to stay. Facilities and quality are as good as the brochure/web site suggests. Good value. Hope they are maintained to the level they are at now.   My husband and I, with our 2 children (10 and 8) have just returned from a 2 week stay there and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The house was well furnished with modern conveniences with spectacular views of the mountains of South Kerry. Activities included horse riding/trekking/lessons, kayaking, mudsurfing, assault course, cycling, archery.
