We had a great stay at this apartment, and were very happy with the facilities: clean, modern, with all the comforts of home (a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, computer, tv with satellite and so on). It was spacious, very clean, and the host, Alan, was friendly and helpful. -

The front of house staff were were efficient and friendly when we checked-in and were throughout our stay. They had local knowledge of the area which helped us with our plans. The restaurant and bar staff were also very friendly and helpful especially Kevin.
The room had most of the facilities we needed and was very large and spacious with three beds in it (we only needed a double!)
The views of our room were of the sea and coastline which was stunning
The rooms were very clean and well equip

Your Bonita was amazing. She was polite, pleasant, very helpful. To have such a person working at the front desk, we can say that this hotel on Alred Street is always busy. Can we say, that as we both work with Customer Services in our respective jobs that we feel that Bonita is an asset that should be given an opportunity to broaden her horizons with The Premier Inn Group. The staff were very friendly and pleasant. The atmosphere was brilliant, we had a fantastic time. The crack was great in the bar when we returned for the Darts venue. My son aged 11 really enjoyed the atmosphere in the bar and he was made feel welcome to sit in the bar while we enjoyed a few drinks.I would highly recommend the Premier Inn to anyone staying in Belfast, very central to all hot spots.

The location to the Odssey Arena is excellent. It is quite reasonable to get a taxi from the Europa Bus station to the hotel for £5.00, however there is a bus stop right outside the door of the hotel. We didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on that. The facilities are basic but adequate. They have tea/ coffee making facility. Hairdryer. The bathroom has pump soap dispensers so if you need shower caps etc you might be better taking them with you.

Staff very helpful, friendly always greeted with a smile and always time to speak to you. Food was excellant and very reasonable and a good choice of menu. Rooms was bright spacious and spotless. The location was excellent - a sea-view room is certainly worth having. Despite the atrocious weather (and no visit possible to Rathlin Island) it was a warm and comfortable base for alternative trips. The reception staff were most helpful.Looking forward to a future stay in better weather! -

to the center of town, but we enjoyed the walk. -
The Bed & Breakfast is located close to walking distance to the city. Kevin and June the owners are friendly. Kevin is helpful with organizing tours and knowledgeable of the local area and city. They provide comfortable, clean premises and a great Irish breakfast menu.
