Good value, central location and tasty breakfast.
it was warm /barman craig thank god for him.
Comfortable bed.
Food excellent,.
Leaving.
Location.
Having to go outside to go to the pool.
Did not get ask if I would like a non smoking room.
The internet, although free, was unreliable and hard to connect to. Also, driving out of the car park had poor visibility of oncoming traffic.
No restaurant facilities on the night I stayed.
Poor service in the bar.
Female staff in bar was excellent but was mostly on her own to cater for drinks and take orders and deliver food.
I asked to see wine list-no list and when I asked for wine was brought a bottle as if the amount of choice was limited or appear to have run out or run down stocks.
No complaints at all.
Cold water in the morning
Bar man spent most of his time on the phone and was completly ignoring customers.
Pint glass had small black stains near the bottom, which can happen not a big deal, all I wanted was a new glass but couldn't get the bar mans attention away from his phone.
did'nt like been on top floor with no lift stairs a killer.
Old fashioned decor, poor quality food served in bar and room cold.
dead flowers not good .having to listen to owner giving out to staff member while eating breakfast which was just ok bacon like cardboard a local in the bar telling us on first night how horrible Longford was omg.
Very outdated room. Lukewarm water.
No lift
Reception staff could have been more a bit more welcomeing,ie where did you come from how was your trip etc.
Many of the staff were rude and really needed to go to charm school. The
slowest internet connection with constant dropout. Problems with staff
printers and receiving payment cards but once I spotted the spaghetti of
wires by the receptionist it all made sense. Breakfast - reminded me of
bad school dinners yuck .
Staff were to busy talking between themselves when I booked in and carried on as they went through the motions. Toilet wasn't screwed to the floor reported it but just got a grunt.
Stayed in room 58.Walls were like paper.the guy snoring next door kept me awake from 5am.
I could hear something under the floor boards scratching also, sounded like mice.
The noise from HGV's constantly throughout the night/morning,did not get any sleep!.
