Lovely Hotel, Staff were very friendly and polite. The room was very clean and comfortable. We didn't use the Bistro but the food both in the bar and for breakfast was very good. The Salt Hill Location itself is nice village, with a variety of
restaurants. We tried Black Cat which was great for lunch but service a
little slow during dinner. The fish and chips shop is great too for

This was a stop part way through our journey across Ireland. We had
stayed in some wonderful hotels and were unsure about our stay in an
apartment. It was a great choice. Not only was it convenient to Galway
city center, but to a delightful area called Upper Salthill. Wonderful
pubs and restaurants just around the corner! Catch the 401 bus into the
city center and for a few pennies you don't have to worry about
parking. Jonathan was extremely helpful and patient with our questions
and accomodat
