Accommodation in Galway is generally quite expensive, but St Judes' Lodge was good value for money. The rooms were basic, but immaculately clean and comfortable. The breakfast (for €6 per person) was excellent and well worth it.
St Judes is just a short stroll (10 minutes) to Eyre Square. I would definitely stay there again. -

Each bedroom had a tv, and there was a third in the lounge area - great for kids. The food in the hotel bar was excellent and staff were helpful and friendly.
