Staff were brilliant. Restaurant is fabulous. Locals are very friendly in the pubs. Excellent value. Could not fault the place. 10 min from Galway city. - Absolutely everything. The rooms were beautiful and clean and staff were excellent, pity we only had one night there !

We stayed for the whole weekend with 2 kids both under 2. The room was very clean that we could let the youngest crawl round the floors without fear. 1st morning we had breakfast in our room 2 members of staff came with it, they were very polite. We were also on the forth floor but the way the windows were designed there was no fear for the kids. W

Waiters served dinner/wine/dessert/coffee with great professionalism, very pleasant, they are a great asset to any hotel. No need to look up other hotels for further visits to Galway city. Food was excellent.
