  Excellent lady Catering Sales Manager who should be the Guest relations Manager, she is such a good host.The hotel is currently under going some renovation but have ensured guests are minimally inconvenienced. The renovated rooms are designed with a very modern format and are quite adequate. The family rooms are very cost effective and can actuall... o que as pessoas dizem » y sleep four adults and one small child. - I booked 4 superior rooms and was pleasantly surprised that we were all upgraded to the Royale Suite Floors. Not only that we were each given a suite at no extra charge. We were entitled to use the "restaurant" at the 14th Floor for our breakfast, light snacks and drinks served uo to 7pm. The suite is BIG and clean with all the complimentary tooth brushes etc.
