  It was a nice hotel in a good location. Staff very attentive and good service. I liked the waiters brining water by the beach chairs automactially, that was a nice touch. - Staff friendly and excellent service. Great response for requests. Wonderful room size and design. Strategic location. Spectacular view and facilities.

  Very friendly staff who went out of their way to assist us - we had two 3 year old twin girls and a 17 year old niece which leads to a variety of needs but the staff met all our needs without any fuss. Excellent accommodation - large villa with all modern facilities. Free shuttle bus excellent - no worries with dropping us to Waterbom Park. Made vehicle available to travel to Seminyak shopping precincts. Also suggested several dinning areas to attend for evening meals.   Loved the location right in the heart of Siminyak. the villa was clean at all times had house keeping came in every day which I didn't expect. Had breakfast made every morning by a lovely guy. The pool was lovely and cool and I thought with the heat the pool may be warm but refreshing every swim and even stayed in till the wee hours of the morning... o que as pessoas dizem » .
