  An absolutely amazing hotel! The staff went out of their way to make us feel at home and provided great service. They knew us by our first names which gave it an intimate feeling and when the manager discovered we were extremely sore as we had just returned from Rinjani trek, he offered us an extras at their spa temple on top of the massage we had... o que as pessoas dizem » already booked. The spa in itself is a fantastic experience. Some great sights and snorkelling off the hotel beach. The full moon dinner surrounded b - Paradise. Pure paradise. The level of attention to detail in this place is astounding, it is very beautiful and you really do feel faaaaaar away from reality. Everything is on your terms. No waking up early for breakfast - you decide when you want it, where you want it and what you want. Relaxation to the max. Ridiculously romantic. The staff are always very friendly and very helpful. You get the impression that they really do enjoy what they do.

  The hotel is an older established complex with lush tranquil gardens. If you are after something modern then book elsewhere. Great spot to relax. Everything was great but, the hotel is beginning to show its age. Our room was on ground floor with garden balcony, was large and comfortable however, due to the age of the hotel there were signs it c... o que as pessoas dizem » ould do with a little refurbishment. Service was great, breakfast was huge with a large selection. Would stay there again. - Every single interaction with the Sheraton staff was a pleasant experience. They were all so friendly and positive. the swimming pool was the best we have ever seen: like something out of a movie. We felt like movie stars lying beside the gorgeous pool. The private beach was lovely to stroll on, no hawkers. Happy hour in the Sunset Bar daily was great value and a lovely setting. And the gardens were Devine.

  This resort is at the top of the island which while is about a 20 min walk into the town which is very dark at night ( take a torch), it does have the best snorkelling spot from the beach outside the hotel. The water was beautiful and clear and many many fish. We saw & swam with sea turtles just down a bit at coral beach. Walk up the beach a b... o que as pessoas dizem » it and have a drink at the bar with bean bags on the sand and watch the sun set over the volcano in bali. Food at Villa Grasia was OK, we had lunch t - We initially booked 2 nights but liked it so much we booked 2 additional nights. The staff is really nice, breakfast delicious, 4-5pm there is tea time with a delicious snack, the pool was great, beach also. Free beach beds, bikes to drive to the center and free towels. We loved the fact that is was a 5-10 min bike ride to the 'center', where all restaurants are. Tip for a good Italian place is Blu d'mare and a little bit more expensive but also great is Ko-Ko-Mo.

  We managed to arrive a day earlier than our booking, but this wasn't a problem for the super friendly staff. Rooms are big and spacious with excellent bathroom. Clean as well. Breakfast is cooked well and never slow in service. Scott the owner was super helpful in sorting out maps, bikes and generally the whole place was super chilled. But it adds to the experience. - Really nice hotel with very kind and friendly staff. Good value for money. Would return again anytime.
