Lush, well- tended tropical gardens. Super friendly staff. Romantic room with outside bathroom, and day bed on the balcony. Great and reasonably priced stone massage at the spa. Good value compared to the resorts on the beach - about 100 meters away. Pemuteran beach is a breath of fresh air in bali, compared to the south. Genuinely friendly people, no hawkers or hassle. Very laid back and peaceful, fabulous snorkeling. Check out the bio-rock project.
todos opiniões » This is a greeat small hotel. The owner and staff are very attentive and friendly. The rooms are a good size with a very special outdoor bathroom and shower. The food at the restaurant is good. The pool and grounds are beautiful. I would highly recomend this resort. An oasis - perfect set-up, serene. Simple but perfectly formed. Fantastic meals in lovely open-sided 'restaurant'. Loved the outdoor bathroom, the entry patio/verandah with sofa and reclining wooden lounger, the saltwater pool... Ice cold fridge and a/c was nice too!. Staff was excellent !!! Very friendly, and available. Just 2 minutes from the sea. Food was very good, and not over rated ( compared to the other Bali s destinations) They have an all-inclusive-tour for snorkeling, really good and the price is also good. Very nice small hotel, located near the Pemuteran beach Nice swimming pool and garden Nice spa service, even if it is impossible to book for 4 :) Associated to a diving club with very competent and friendly dive masters. Great place! It's worth spending a bit more money and stay in a superior or deluxe room as they're much more beautiful than the standard rooms. Very quiet location, far enough from mosque. Right on the beach would be great, but it's only a few minutes walk away. Not on the beach. It is a short walk and you cannot use beach chairs. Breakfasts menu is a limited is both variety and quanity. Advise good ear plugs for the 4.30am roosters just over the back wall. Pillows were a bit hard and high for us - but the cushion was a perfect substitute. Our indoor sink was a bit tired with very low water pressure - however outside shower was gorgeous. None of this detracted from loving this piece of paradise and wishing we could stay longer!. Breakfast is not a buffet so we can't try a lot of indonesian food, but it was very good and tasty. Wifi is complicated to access with the password and login system, it s actually THE only negatif point of the stay. Don't book rooms 1-2-3 which are not in the main garden, not so charming My kids room was not cleaned during our stay. Staff could be more interested, don't seem as eager to please as we've seen in other hotels. Music from restaurant and spa becoming very repititive. nothing. Nothing. Room was quite dirty, staff were not quick to respond to issues.
