1) Great hospitality received. Our whole family is really overwhelmed and pampered by Miss Flora and her staff. 2) Helpful local tips from Miss Flora and her staff. 3) The hotel rooms are newly renovated as Miss Flora showed us around. todos opiniões » The reception staff were very helpful, friendly and professional. We even got a free beer and crysanthenum tea delivered to our room to thank us for staying. The attached spa/massage operator was also very helpful and friendly, although we didn't take up her offer. We were too tired and missed the free breakfast, but it's still nice that it's included. The hallways are kept clean and the hotel is well kept. It's not sparkling new or anything, but it's liveable. Bottled water was provided in the. Warm welcome greeted by staffs. Staffs is friendly and helpful. The owner (Flora) treats each and everyone of her guests like her own friends and family. The karaoke room is nice. They are still working out on a few renovation but overall everthing is nice. I like every thing about this hotel, our welcome drink was an iced freezing beer with french fries as a complimentary from the hotel manager, Thank you Flora! :). Taxi driver there are better compared to those at Ferry Terminals. Hotel Taxi Drivers are very informative. 1) Phones were down in the room due to a recent thunderstorm. But it didn't really affect us, I just pity that the staff has to run up to the rooms to inform guests personally instead of calling. 2) The karaoke was a little disappointment as our booking was given up due to we being late by 15mins .But eventually, they managed to find us a smaller room, and we get to sing to our fill!!! (ps: the Karaoke is a separate entity though within the hotel, not really that family friendly.). WiFi signal quality is unusable on the upper levels (no big deal though - SIM cards are cheap and the one I bought for ~SG$7 yielded a fairly stable 2Mbit connection with 2GB data included. There's a kettle with mugs but no tea, coffee or milk was provided. the room from the street view is a little bit noisy, but still ok compared with the value of money. The wifi is very poor...intercom was not working, every time v had to go down to the counter. Towels were old... Breakfast poor. The taxi rate too expensive . Nothing. The breakfast room and the breakfast. Food was limited. We had to ask the staff for more food. No Wifi in the room and also no hot water ! For Wifi we mush ask them all the time and same for hot water also !. Price a bit high compared to the same star. The location sucks and best part, the Hotel was once known as Pelita which was badly burnt not stated in the review before. Prepare taxi $ for about 40,000Rp to Nagoya Hill Shopping Centre (Less than 5mins drive) or more $ involved to further places. And please DO NOT DINE in at Nagoya Hill 933... The food there SUCKS!!!. breakfast menu room intercom, spoil freezer room lighting. the room is musty the toilet is dusky.
