I appreciated the attention to details. Since I have an infant child, it was particularly sweet that Conrad prepared a small package of baby stuff (shampoo, lotion diaper, etc) and placed stuffed toys (monkeys and turtles) around. My son loved the stuffed toys!! It was a small gesture but greatly appreciated. I also liked their quick service.

This place was a 10 out 10.
My wife and I are extremely picky but we could not find a single problem with Conrad.
I recommend for families and couples(they have a separate area for them). It is perfect!
All was integrated and I never need to touch my walled to purchase anything. They even held our children while we were having dinner sometimes ; )

Everything was amazing! The staff was very helpful and friendly. Room
was spacious, nicely decorated and clean. The beach was wonderfully
maintained. The food and drinks were plentiful, various and delicious.
The hotel grounds are beautiful, always clean and well taken care of.
Nothing could be better. Would definitely come back. -

The staff were just so thoughtful. Because I booked one which does not come with breakfast for fear of my young children disturbing the peace at the breakfast buffet, we encounter a few staff there who were willing to prepare some baby friendly food for the kids and to be brought up to the room.

very friendly staffs who will greet u everytime they sees u. very comfortable room and bed, with nice huge bathroom and bathtub. beautiful beach with blue water especially during high tide at 10am-12pm. in the evening during low tide the water is not that beautiful. as the beach is a private beach at the back of the hotel so it is very peaceful and clean. used the pavement along the beach for an evening walk from westin to the neighbouring resorts and the scenaries were breathtakingly beautiful

We loved everything at The Laguna, it is really one of the best hotels you can go, our stay there exceeded our expectations, the place is very beautiful & Clean, the staff were helpful and made our stay cozy,the pools, the beach, the restaurants were just amazing esp for the breakfast, also in room dining was so nice and romantic,the rooms were comfortable, it was nice decorating our room when they knew it was our honeymoon and a welcome drink was served for us on arrival.
