We were on holiday with an extended family of eight, all adults. Rooms were good and staff very friendly, especially the restaurant personnel. Ideal location to main shopping destinations. I like the fact that it is just a walking distance from Kota Kasablanca, the new mall and close by the Ambassador Mall. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I also like that the facilities is almost complete and very suitable for a family stay with the reasonable price. The apartment is kept clean but the towels need to be changed to a new set

As an apartment, there was a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room. Adequate space for me to meet with several people during my 2-day stay.
Nearby shopping at "Kota Kasablaca" mall ... complete with many shopping, dining and entertainment options.

All the staff from valet to house keeping where excellent, i stayed there many times. It's nice of them to upgrade me to penthouse for free. Great that it is 2mins walk to Epic walk Mall. -

The front desk staff were wonderful. There was trouble with air-conditioning in 2 of our 4 rooms, and Batavia took steps to fix it in the middle of the night and later moved us to another suite. Near The Jakarta Convention Center and local food. There are a Pizza Hut, 7Eleven and local food in the walking distance. No shopping area around there, need to get the taxi to town around 15 minutes. I book one bed room which there is a living room and kitchen that is nice. Nice view on the high floor. Room size is good and large for the family.

Harris suites is perfect for one or two nights when you are on a business trip or on a city tour. Related on the price (approx 70 Euro) there is no complain. Rooms are spacious, good mattres, nice bathroom with shower and free wifi, minibar, but no room service. In 10th floor there is also a pool, ok to refresh and a gym, quit good.

Good location above a shopping center with a small mart for food down stair. A larger Lotte super market in shot waking distance if needed. Food court down stair too with a proper coffee shop and Wendy's. Staff with no English barriers with nice friendly attitude. Can't complain.

We stayed in a 2BR apartment. The apartment was spacious and clean. The furniture and amenities were all in good and working condition. The location was ideal near to city centre with a minimart right beside the hotel and numerous Indonesian food stalls along the street by the hotel. The breakfast was decent and the restaurant is nicely decorated.

Great service, very comfortable rooms, located just near huge Mall Kelapa Gading with a wide range of shops, eateries, entertainment. The staff is young, polite, efficient. The food at breakfast and in the cafe is delicious and you can eat even late, after all the restaurants in the Mall are closed.

Everything single thing from the minute we entered until our departure. Excellent service from every single staff member that we encountered. Taxis arranged speedily. Even packed us a little breakfast as we departed for airport early hours of the morning. Those personal touches mean to lot to travellers. Food excellent. Would not stay anywhere else when coming to Jakarta again.
