The staff are amazingly friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The hotel grounds are just fantastic, excellent location overlooking the beach, lovely sunsets. Close to outside restaurants and amenities. I had a fantastic stay at this resort and would highly recommend Kartika Plaza. Thanks very much to all the wonderful staff who helped

All of the staff were really friendly and helpful, especially the recreational and pool bar staff (Smiley, Madimadi, Oki etc) and the breakfast staff. The rooms were well maintained by efficient and friendly staff, and the facilities were well presented. Also the grounds staff kept the grounds around the resort in superb condition. Excellent

This hotel was conveniently located near airport and hotel provide airport pick-up a plus point. Around hotel were many restaurants, Discovery Mall nearby makes pleasant walk about. Staff were always having a smile on their faces.
Enjoyed our stay and children enjoyed the beautiful terraced pools.

The location is this hotel is best for traveller who wants to explore Kuta area. The hotel is just beside brand-new place, Beach walk shopping mall and easy to access to Jl.Poppis, Jl. Legian. Kuta beach is also very close. You can see sun-set at the pool. The pool is small but beautiful.

Unforgettable!! We had the most amazing room with sea views. The staff was very friendly and the hotel is perfectly located to discover the surrounding areas. We had breakfast in the hotel every morning and we were very impressed with the varietty on offer - from sushi to any kind of bread you can imagine! We will definitely stay at this hotel

Staff and service were excellent. Facilities top grade. Location is great with beach just across the road and lots of restaurants and mini markets along the side street of the hotel. Great hotel, but everyone knows that! Location is excellent and facilities are first class. Rooms are all good, we probably had the most basic (garden view) but they were very new and clean. Good pools and one of the best stretches of beach right out front.
