  Stayed for 4 nights. Gorgeous hotel! Every detail is thought out! Good location. Five minutes walk from Tuban Beach, near the airport. Very cozy and comfortable. Pleasant interior. Amazing, soigne garden. Daily thorough cleaning. The magnificent, varied and very tasty breakfasts. Restaurants food is yummy-yammy . There is a spa salon, which are professionals - great location for all ages. safe, secure and very clean. staff are very happy and helpful. this is my second stay here and wont hesitate to stay again.

  Friendly, laid back and helpful staff - booked ferry and transport for us. Stayed there for two nights when we arrived and for a night when we left. Close to the airport and within walking distance to all Kuta shops and nightlife, as well as beach. The staff cater to your every need and they are always very eager to do more. The location of this resort is excellent.   Friendly staff and very keen to help or assist with any requests. Great breakfasts, yummy food and something different every day on the menu, and a nice greeting smile by the restaurant ladies. I liked their Balinese uniform. Fantastic room, very comfy and a good size with balcony over looking the pool. The rooms were nice, the wifi worked well, the beds were very comfitable! The pool was amazing, swim up bar had yummy cocktails. The staff were really nice and helpful with everything, it was only 10min walk to the discovery mall.

I love the pool. And the most important is its very valuable for money. My friend and I went and bought those flOating beds things for the pool for $10 each at the shopping centre and the staff went and got them blown up for us... Really good idea - Staff were fantastic.
