  The staff are amazingly friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The hotel grounds are just fantastic, excellent location overlooking the beach, lovely sunsets. Close to outside restaurants and amenities. I had a fantastic stay at this resort and would highly recommend Kartika Plaza. The night before we checked out, there was an event in there, with some balinese dance and all-you-can-eat BBQ for $17. Since I have an infant child, it was particularly sweet that Conrad prepared a small package of baby stuff (shampoo, lotion diaper, etc) and placed stuffed toys (monkeys and turtles) around. My son loved the stuffed toys!! It was a small gesture but greatly appreciated. My wife and I are extremely picky but we could not find a single problem with Conrad. I recommend for families and couples(they have a separate area for them). It is perfect! All was integrated and I never need to touch my walled to purchase anything. They even held our children while we were having dinner sometimes ; )
