  Everything...!! It was a great experience we have had there..! The staff was so cooperating, in fact we arrived at 10 am even if our check in was at 2 pm, the staff welcomed us and made us feel comfortable, they had made the upgrade to a suite room with a reasonable price, and made our room available soon..! The beauty is that we even had a free - We likes everything about this hotel. From the moment we entered we were greeted and treated as celebs.Not only were the bell boys friendly & helpful, all the staff at the front desk, lobbies, restaurants etc were attentive, helpful and eager to please. They are professional and this clearly reflects management's guest friendly policy which we enjoyed and truly appreciate. The chef was at hand and very accomodating.The food at all their restaurants is absolutely delicious.

  The pick-up from a Madurai bus stand in the early morning was perfect and on time although only arranged by phone the day before. I enjoyed my stay at the Taj Gateway every second. And Bala the chauffeur was very - Beyond anything I had expected. I was travelling with my teenage daughter.my first trip into Madurai .she fell sick. The staff and management were fantastic. I cannot speak highly enough of our stay. Beautiful hotel grounds, fantastic food , suitable location not too far from the temple (just a short auto or the hotel can book a private car)
