This hotel is situated in an excellent venue. The rooms are bit small but don't grumble it is still an excellent value for money. Though I book thru letsbookhotel.com I was not offered breakfeast but when I arrived in the hotel I made sure that before I sign up for the room, I asked Roshan at the counter that I needed to see the room. Upon arrival the staff was very good and efficient. All over the staff was really great too. They seem to have a good balance at being friendly, but not over-intrusive. Even the janitor, c leaning the floor, asked me about my day and wished me a good flight.

Super excellent luxury hotel on Juhu beach. Close to high end shopping. The Lotus restaurant overlooks the Arabian Sea and the Buffett for both breakfast and dinner were excellent value for money. We stayed only one night. Checked in at about 7 pm and checked out at 11
am. The room was clean and spacious. We were told it was overlooking the
pool but actually it mainly overlooked the roof top of part of the hotel
lobby. The Staff was friendly and courteous. Food at the Red Zen was
okay. Breakfast spread was quite nice and the service was good. I would
definitely recommend the Hotel to others.
