Proximity to airport (I arrived at 2300 and had to leave at 0400). Efficiency of staff. Basic, but comfortable and clean. Biscuits and tea/coffee available. Spacious room. Hot water. Clean sheets.If you're in tranist. near Kolkata airport professional and efficient staff hotel arranges for airport pickup and drop at reasonable prices good breakfast room ok, clean and not noisy (5th floor) hot water definitely worth the price.

Very near to the International Airport. Location is really good for overnight stay and catching the early flight on the following morning. The breakfast was relatively good. Food was excellent and very reasonable , staff were very friendly and good location so very convenient for airport thanks. Great location close to the airport. The deluxe room provided met the description, but there was a smell from the bathroom drains. I asked to change the room and was upgraded to a suite which was totally satisfactory. The 'airport drop' in the morning cost twice the taxi fare I paid to get there. the size of the room is too small and the bathroom is too small not comfortable to move. There was a vey bed smell inside the room possibly from the toilet. The air condition was not working at all in room no. 509. It was running but no cooling effect. Too much noise as the disco is in the basemement, and car horn outside, we booked 4 rooms but no one can sleep due to noise and also my room was next to cutlery room staff made too much noise in the 2nd floor, so I will not recommend to any of my friend and family. Noisy inside and outside the hotel overnight. Bathroom not overly clean. The highly polished bathroom tiles that can be dangerous because of its slippery surface. staffs in the reception need to be improved. Smelly rooms. Lot of noise in room from road . frist of all room size is very small. and in basement there is ladies bar and disco, i wii not recomended to any body and pl you also not recomnded any body next time,.
