This hotel was of very good quality, highly attractive with its' haveli type appearance and architecture, in a reasonably quiet location of the city, beautifully decorated and furnished throughout, with very high level of service, good food and a lovely roof top restaurant, and a dining/breakfast room on the same level. The Umaid Bhawan is a beautiful hotel with amazing decor and was a joy to stay at. the bedroom was gorgeously decorated and the staff were polite and efficient. The rooftop restauraunt provided lovely food in a relaxing surroundings and our stay was perfect in every way. We had a package which included a driver for the day and he was verey useful in describing the location and providing transport to some of the more remote sights. I would highly recommend the hotel for anyone visiting Jaipur.

The Umaid Mahal is a gem of a hotel. The hote is brightly decorated and well maintained even though it is an antique hotel. The stuff is very friendly and polite which makes the guest really feels like a quest. The price for the food is also very reasonably priced, especially the roof top restaurant which is very cute but clean. The room is lushly decorated, really feel like to live in the rich historical site. Good value for money and will definitely recommend others to stay here.

by far this is the best I have been to..... Quite calm serene...

Hotel Jai Niwas is surrounded by beautiful trees and well maintained garden. It is off the Main MI Road and in close vicinity of markets. Its a beautiful guesthouse and home away from home. I highly recommend to stay and have a wonderful time in Jaipur. The food is outstanding and the staff is very good. -

It is a lovely looking old Hotel - Staff were very polite, respectful and accomodating. Food was excellent and the dining room was very nicely furnished. A variety of facilities were availible, and the general atmosphere of the place was warm and inviting. Overall, the hotel had a lot of charm to it, something we will not forget.
