The staff were accommodating and friendly. The beds were fresh and

There is no lift , the bathroom fittings and the interior should be changed badly.
Credit cards not accepted, no elevator, rooms have no views /
windows. Although it was mentioned in letsbookhotel.com that "Free
private parking is possible on site", there was no parking
available in the hotel.
Attempt to say that they did not accept credit cards.(Booking .com states they do accept cards) Had to go to sister hotel to pay the bill.

Cleanliness cud be improved.
The bathroom was very dirty and tiles needed a very good clelan. Also
the corners and grout were very mouldy. Also, having the shower, toilet
and sink in a 1 metre square was very difficult to use The main room was
very basic For over $30 a night, I expected a lot better in cleanliness,
room style and service. I would not stay there again.

pick us up from the airport didn't turn up.

The fact that this website advertised hot water, a restaurant, room service, didnt include tax in the final price yet none of theses were available and a nasty shock when we payed the bill. This website, and the hotel suck. People standing in hallways at 4 in the morning talking for literally 2 hours... In the hall way. We explained all this to the staff and got the classic indian head wobble. Great job. Besides that it was clean and pleasent enough.
