Room layout and interior design stunning. Very attentive service by everyone. Excellent restaurant - food and interior design. Part of a huge first class shopping mall complex, but away from the shopping crowds. Reasonable price for the quality offered. Highly recommended. Newly opened which accounts for the lack of reviews. Excellent hotel at the prime location of the city and more importantly the customer service is very good. Every staff at the property from the reception to room service are courteous.

In a way they were too nice and not straight forward. Overall the service was outstanding; this is only a minor point. The remote control had to be very close to the decoder in order to switch channels. Got a little tough there. Restaurant is 100% veg. Some foreigners may not appreciate. Construction still going on. Internet quality. Issues with Aircon. Breakfast spread. The travel agent deals with your tours. Cant think of anything. The restaurant. Prefer a Multi-cuisine Non veg restaurant. Also prefer a Bar or pub along with the restaurant. Hidden cost while booking thru letsbookhotel.com. Nothing. The breakfast area for such well known group , was dirty.The trays in which they kept the plates are dirty. The staff are not very helpful. Slow check in Toilet kept running Frequent power cuts - so back up generator was an issue Limited food choice Wifi was extremely difficult to access with a complicated Tata interface. - Ridiculous price quoted to ride a taxi to the airport - Hard to take printouts - Extra taxes. Everything was bad, reception had bad workmanship, very sharp edges while discussing at reception during check in... person more interested to get the bill rather help the bleeding individual.. no non veg food. Breakfast poor quality and no variety.. no eggs even ... pathetic...
