I had 4 very lovely days in Eger. Panorama Hotel is home -like, very friendly and comfortable pensione type accomodation. My room was huge, with a balcony. I couldnt quite see the town from it. breakfasts were plentiful and good quality. Hosts were wonderful. Very good value for money.

The owner (the man) was very friendly (knows German and Hungarian, his wife knows English+.) It was VERY clean! The bedding smelled freshly washed. We slept in the 4-person unit that's in the tower. We received a warm welcome from our landlord, and the guesthouse is just at the end of this small town. His wife, who speaks English, was away, but he speaks good German. He recommended one of the many wine houses for a tasting, and he also arranged for us to visit a barrel maker in his small factory.

We spent 4 nights with 2 kids, very nice apartment with 2 floors and nice balcony. Quiet place with swimming pool for kids ans well. Well equipment with all you need for staying. - Upstairs a very big sleeping room with airconditioning, it was very nice. Enough room. Two watercloset.
