  Judit, who checked me in, was very generous with city information, suggestions and directions. She should be commended. The staff in general are all attentive and client oriented. The breakfast buffet is quite extensive and tasty. - It was fabulous! We really enjoyed ourseves. The hotel is really stylish.

  We were absolutely amazed by this hotel. We work for an airline and visit many hotels, but this was by far the BEST HOTEL we have ever stayed in. The concierge service was excellent, helped us book tickets for a boat cruise and recommended a restaurant that was excellent.   As we were travelling with three relatively small children and wanted to explore Budapests historical and turist spots we were extremely happy about the location of the app. The app was perfectly clean and plesently furnitured. Ideal for family stay in Budapest! - We had a four bedroom apartment and it worked out great!! It had two bathrooms and we were all very comfortable. Also, when we did have some problems with our apartment (I.E. shower drain not working, toilet dripping and causing the floor to be wet), staff were very helpful. The staff were great!! Overall, we had a very positive experience.
