Very friendly staff.
Rooftop terrace was lovely to relax in after a day's sightseeing, and there was an honesty bar, so you could enjoy a beer or glass of wine and the rooftop view.
Sangria each evening in the hotel lobby for you to grab a glass on your way back up to your room.
Rooms were lovely and spacious.
Staff happy to assist in booking taxis/tickets to the Szechenyi baths & other attractions.

Judit, who checked me in, was very generous with city information, suggestions and directions. She should be commended. The staff in general are all attentive and client oriented. I am very pleased with everything. Both girls Szofia & Reka at the reception are very friendly and lovely, they helped me a lot for everything I needed not only about my room but they helped me with info about moving around using the metro/trams and buses in the best possible way for my desired destinations around Budapest. We booked the panzio in order to attend the Hungarian Grand Prix and it was ideally located for that purpose. That was excellent place to stay - and dog friendy. Staff and owner was extremaly helpfull, food was fresh and delicious. Very clean and nice place in friendly enviroment on the isle of Szentendre. I dicovered the best strawberry wine I've ever drink available only on this Isle. Free wi-fi was working good and free parking was available.
