  Judit, who checked me in, was very generous with city information, suggestions and directions. She should be commended. The staff in general are all attentive and client oriented. The breakfast buffet is quite extensive and tasty. - It was fabulous! We really enjoyed ourseves. The hotel is really stylish.

  We were absolutely amazed by this hotel. We work for an airline and visit many hotels, but this was by far the BEST HOTEL we have ever stayed in. We stayed for 3 nights, the staff couldn't be more proffestional or helpful. The location is perfect, central, quiet, safe.   It's the second time we've stayed there in a short while. As we went to Croatia by car, we stopped in Budapest going and coming back. After the first experience in the hotel, we wanted to return. The concierge service was excellent, helped us book tickets for a boat cruise and recommended a restaurant that was excellent. There was live piano music in the evening in the lobby/bar area which made it really atmospheric and pleasant to have a drink there. We could not fault this hotel and will be sure to try and stay here when we visit this wonderful city again. We have already told all our friends how good Continental Hotel Zara was!

Make sure you ask them to book all your tours, etc. They have great suggestions and ideas - and the prices were more than reasonable. Very highly recommended. - The second time we stayed here and it was just as excellent. A stunning design hotel with a special feel. The bed was the most comfortable we've slept in and the quality of the bathroom, and large bath, was a real treat. Using the special rates on letsbookhotel.com means that this is excellent value - we even got a room upgrade despite paying the basic rate!!
