  very good value for these money.Absolutely satisfied. Same hotel in western europe cost 2 or 3 times more.Only good memories. Spa included in price.No extra expenses. - Excellent facilities. Very friendly staff. Bedrooms/bathrooms were of a high standard. Breakfast was very good. Would definately stay again!

  Stylish compact room with pleasant colours and decoration. New look and extremely clean in all spaces. Staff professional and friendly, ready to help finding answers whenever asked. Best of all, my room was on top with sky view over roofs, morning sun shining into shower room through big window. We will highly recommend this hotel to our travelling friends.

  We were absolutely amazed by this hotel. We work for an airline and visit many hotels, but this was by far the BEST HOTEL we have ever stayed in. We stayed for 3 nights, the staff couldn't be more proffestional or helpful. The location is perfect, central, quiet, safe.   The hotel was very elegant and well presented with a very impressive lobby. The concierge service was excellent, helped us book tickets for a boat cruise and recommended a restaurant that was excellent. There was live piano music in the evening in the lobby/bar area which made it really atmospheric and pleasant to have a drink there. We could not fault this hotel and will be sure to try and stay here when we visit this wonderful city again. We have already told all our friends how good Continental Hotel Zara was!
