In fact I would say that the friendliness of the staff was one of the main highlights of our stay at the Meridien. Try their cakes in the bar!! - The restaurant, the staff, the location.. ultimately everything about the hotel surpassed my expectations, especially considering value for money. The hotel is absolutely perfect and the staff are eager to help wherever they can, also they are quite happy to talk to you and answer any questions you may have about Budapest. I would definately revisit this hotel in the future.

  The apartment is very nice and big, with high walls typical for historical buildings. It has a good spirit, we felt there like at home :) The location is good, you can reach the monuments by foot - close to basilica of St. Stephen, Opera, Parlament ... The apartment was comfortable and well equipped. Wifi was fast and reliable. Location was very central, literally next door to a great supermarket, atm, cafes, etc. Short walk to most Budapest attractions and metro lines. Fantastic value for money, would stay here again in a heartbeat.
