Very close to the center. You can take the 47-49 bus and arrive to the other side of Danube close to the Gellert Bath. Also you have absolutely everything you need for a nice holliday in Budapest. Very central location, the staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English, which definitely isn't a given in Hungary! I had booked the apartment instead of a normal room (by accident, purely) and the huge condo for €29/night was excellent value for money! Lots and lots of room, high ceilings and quiet neighbours. Not top-notch by the interior

Excellent location, everything is within walking distance, but there is also an underground station (Blaha Lujza ter on M2) right in front of the hotel. Because it's not central located, prices in shops and restaurants are up to 75% lower, plenty of them around the corner. Quiet beautifull old building, big rooms, clean, very helpfull staff (our bus for the next day was cancelled, but they found another one and also made the reservation for us), safe building and area. I would say it's good val

staff was so much friendly and kindly. cost perfomance was great. - I really liked the perfect location and good comfort offered by the hotel. the rooms are quite simply furnished but pleasant and everything works! Hot water, an excellent shower, a comfortable bed, heating (all you need is there) and the service comes is cordial and very friendly.

The beds were clean and very comfy, the shower room was clean and modern. The room overall was quite and in good order. We were able to leave our luggage in the breakfast room fter we had checked out. The hotel is reached through a small pub which sold draft Gosser larger and some quick bites - perfect after a late night flight.

The staff at the guesthouse were very friendly and informative about
Budapest. The rooms were big and bright and cleaned every day. It was
nice and warm inside (which made a big difference when it was snowing
outside). There was a wide variety of different food options at
breakfast, so everyone is catered for. They even organised airport
transfer to/from the airport. I stayed here with my mum and she
couldnt fault the place. We both loved it! :)

We had an excellent stay at the Budapest residence! It started when we
arrived terribly late as we were caught in a snow storm driving from

The apartments are equipped with everything you need for a short
vacation or a long stay. The metro station is 5 mins walk away, as are
the starting points for all the tourists hop-on buses. It is located
within the gozsdu court where there are nice cafes and bars around. The
artists market is also fun to walk through. The staff helped us with
information on the sights and transport and even got us discounts on
some bookings.
