Very friendly and helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble for them, i'd pre booked the airport shuttle before going but booked the return leg at the hotel, this got overlooked for whatever reason and when i checked the following morning they realised their mistake and rectified it even though it was the same day as departure. Everything was great! The staff couldn't have been more helpful.
Breakfast was a lovely buffet with many choices. We ate a bit later
in the morning and everything was plentiful. We had an early flight
the day we left, and the staff made coffee for us in the lobby and
fixed sandwiches to take with us. Our room was clean, quiet and
comfortable as was the rest of the hotel. Cozy lobby. The location

Exclusive, very nice, cosy and welcoming place. Everything was excellent
(staff, location). I can-t say anything about the breakfast because we
didn't have one. We preferred local coffee-shops (and we recommend
Ana Caffe - 2 minutes away). The parking is quite expensive but (like we
have been lucky) you can find quite a few parking places around a

18.00 pm to Monday 08.00 am) so we paid just a few hours for Monday

Location is perfect. Within walking distance of Buda (10 minutes) across a bridge, of the central Deak Ferenc Ter station (5 minutes) of the Ferenciek ter station which provides Bus/Metro access to Buda (3 minutes). Hotel is very clean and very well suited for travellers looking for comfort and some luxury on a budget. We didn't have breakfast/lunch/dinner at the hotel, so we cannot really judge on the quality of the food.

My husband and I were traveling through Europe for 25 days. This hotel was by far the best hotel we stayed in. The staff was very polite, helpful and professional. When I arrived at the airport, I got the disturbing news that my bagage had stayed behind in Berlin. It was a stupid mistake of my own doing to pack my life threatening disease medication in my suitcase. To make a long story short: At the hotel I explained my dilemma to the staff at reception and couldn't believe the immediate response I received from. We loved everything about the hotel.We upgraded our room and stayed in a wonderful junior suite on the fifth floor.It was quiet,clean,big and the bathroom had a walk in shower and a jacuzzi.Plenty of closet space and a great bed.The staff was polite and very helpful.They spoke excellent English.They booked restaurants,massages and ordered taxis.I would defenitely recommend this hotel to all my friends.We also liked its situation,district 8.we walked everywhere.Good job!!!

Rooftop terrace was lovely to relax in after a day's sightseeing, and there was an honesty bar, so you could enjoy a beer or glass of wine and the rooftop view.
Sangria each evening in the hotel lobby for you to grab a glass on your way back up to your room.
Rooms were lovely and spacious.
Staff happy to assist in booking taxis/tickets to the Szechenyi baths & other attractions.

It was a great stay in Budapest - the hotel was absolutely great (from
the large rooms to the spa) and I've found the staff very helpful
(unlike a few other reviews I've read). The apartments are very well
equipped and clean. Since it's located in the heart of Budapest
there's a lot of things to do near the hotel and the closest metro
station is a few hundred meters away.

Everything was great! Location just of Andrassy street with alot of shopping and café's and restaurants. Also alot of really amazing restaurants just around the corner at the square List Ferenc (not sure of the name) Reza was an incredibly nice host and gave us tips on where to go and what to see. He even gave us a lift to the central market hall.

Honesty of the owner and the level of commitment that he has to provide
the best service for us was amazing!!! The system overbooked and even
though this was not the fault of Luxury Downtown Apartments, the owners
integrity was transparent in calling us in person to provide a solution
was the most anyone has ever done to provide a service over and beyond
